Northern Virginia based freelance photographer. Primarily I enjoy shooting any action event with a focus on motorsports. I have a background in motorcycle racing which has always given me a unique perspective of what I consider to be the difference between a track photographer and a motorsports photographer. Shoot the event not the participants. I use this same philosophy for all events I cover, whether its motorcycles, cars, karts, athletics or shooting sports. Quality over quantity and never let them see you shooting. Posed shots are for cell phones.
